・キッチンご利用の場合は清掃して下さい。台所の換気扇を使用して下さい。鍋・フライパンはご自由にお使い下さい。使用した食器類は洗ってから、水切りかごに置いて下さい。清掃を行わないもしくは清掃が不十分なままチェックアウトされた場合、別途清掃料金と違約金の請求を致します。

・肉のグリルや揚げ物等の煙やにおいの強い調理は禁止です。チェックアウト時に強いニオイが残る場合は、別途消臭清掃料金と違約金の請求を致します。

・施設内で魚を捌かないで下さい。

・室内でキャリーバックは転がさないで下さい。

・排水溝に砂を流さないで下さい。(海水浴で砂のついた状態を洗面室・浴室で流さないで下さい。排水が詰まります。)

・洗濯機で砂の付いた水着や衣類等を洗わないで下さい。(洗濯機が故障します。)

・トイレはトイレットペーパー以外の物は流さないで下さい。

・タオルは最初に提供した数のみです。追加交換はできません。

・宿泊者以外の入室禁止。

・部屋に設置してあるインテリアや備品(タオル・トイレットペーパー等の消耗品)等は持ち帰らないで下さい。

・施設内備品、内装、寝具等を、汚損破損した場合はチェックアウト前にお申し出下さい。お申し出が無く、悪質と判断した場合は法的措置を含め検討させて頂きます。

・施設内備品、内装、寝具等を汚損破損した場合、基本的には同等の新品の料金もしくは清掃料金・修繕料金等を適宜請求させて頂きます。

・ハウスルールを守って頂けなかった場合、違約金として3万円の請求に加えて実費で損害金の請求をさせて頂くと共に、即時に退室して頂きます。その場合、宿泊料の返金はいたしません。

・Please clean the kitchen if you use it.(Please use the kitchen exhaust fan. Please use pots and pans freely. Please wash and drain dishes after use. If you check out without cleaning or with inadequate cleaning, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

・Cooking with strong smoke or odor, such as grilled or fried food, is prohibited. If strong odors remain upon check-out, a separate deodorizing cleaning fee will be charged.

・Please do not process fish in the facility.

・All rooms are non-smoking (even electronic cigarettes are not allowed).

・No noise in residential area(Don't talk loudly, don't make noise outdoors, close windows late at night)

・No pets allowed

・No shoes on the floor

・Please do not roll the carry bag indoors.

・Do not pour sand down the drain. (Do not pour sand from swimming in the ocean down the sink or bathroom. It will clog the drains.)

・Do not wash swimsuits or clothes with sand in the washing machine. (The washing machine will malfunction).

・Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the restrooms.

・Only the number of towels provided initially. Additional exchanges are not possible.

・No one other than guests are allowed to enter the room.

・Please do not take any of the interior furnishings or equipment (towels, toilet paper, and other consumables) that are set up in the rooms with you.

・Please notify us before check-out if you have defaced or damaged any of the fixtures, decorations, bedding, etc. in the facility.　If we do not receive a complaint and we determine that it is malicious, we will consider taking legal action.

・If equipment, interior decoration, bedding, etc. in the facility are soiled or damaged, we will basically charge the equivalent cost of a new product, cleaning fee, repair fee, etc. as appropriate.

・If you fail to abide by the house rules, we will charge you 30,000 yen as a penalty, as well as the actual damages, and you will be asked to leave the room immediately. In that case, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
